RZ3

RZ3 is our strongest all-in-one machine for cleaning pipes in the dimensions 75 to 250 mm (3” to 10”).
Its strength makes it the optimal choice for the toughest situations on the field, for example when descaling and unblocking the main lines, vertical pipes and outgoing main lines. RZ3 makes it easy to, for example, cut through and remove roots, concrete, limestone buildup, collapsed liner or opening up branch connections and much more. RZ3 is the result of combining our popular and reliable Spider Engine milling machine and the Shaft Wheel together into one powerful machine, designed with high quality and robust components throughout to create a durable and reliable machine.

The RZ3 comes with the advantage to choose between 35M (115 feet) 10 mm shaft or 30M (100 feet) 12 mm shaft. Its simple shaft connection makes it easy to switch out the shaft later on, to the dimension that best suit your current needs.

The robust construction of the chassis allows you to run the machine both while it’s standing up or laying down and the slim design allows it to be run through or placed in more narrow passages. Its large all-terrain wheels make it easy to transport the RZ3 over tough surfaces. The RZ3 is designed to be able to get into your truck with ease on your own, meeting Renzorato’s standards that pipe cleaning should be able to be one man’s job. The RZ3 is also incapsulated to keep rotating parts (not the work shaft) and electrical components enclosed within the machine, to make the work safer as well as to prolong the life of the components. Like our other machines, the RZ3 is equipped with the same integrated safety torque system (e-clutch) which shuts down the engine if the tool get stuck during operation.

The RZ3 is equipped with a high-quality radio remote with strong reception and a display with full review of speed where you easily can change these values during cleaning to get the most efficient milling for both pipe and operator, making it easy and reliable to operate in the field.
