The RZ1 high-speed machine is designed with ergonomic in focus and by that, we mean the flexibility of removing the motor package from one reel to another. To have one reel prepared with 15M (50ft) 8mm (5/16”) shaft and the other one ready with 20M (65ft) 10mm (3/8”) or just have one complete machine and buy an extra reel later!

Although the machine is fully constructed in aluminum and has a low weight of 38kg (83Ibs) and 45kg (99ibs) including shaft depending on the model. By taking the motor package out from the reel during transportation, the weight is reduced by half, and you can easily carry the units in each of your hand. Lighter to load in/out of your truck or to/from your workspace.

By having the construction sideways, you get a straighter base together with the big wheels and the machine goes through all doors and passages in a straight line. The telescoping handle is hidden in the construction and is easily adjustable by pulling out the orange logo plate on the back and at the same time lift the handle upwards.

Separation between the motor package and the reels are easily done by removing the shaft from the connection on the motor package, take out the power cable and then pressing down the locking button in the middle and simply lift the machine away from the reel. The separation takes less than 20 seconds!
