Cyclone Cutter

When performing relining, there could be situations where the liner unintentionally extends past the designated area. This could for example occur when you are lining towards a connection or a main and the liner extends into the main itself or the other pipe, which causes blockage that partially or completely blocks the pipe interfered with.

Renzorato’s Cyclone Cutter is designed to cut through the liner with a similar effect that of a saw blade, cutting the overshot liner off completely. The design is based on Renzorato’s Pipe Master Cyclone chain, which gives the tool a perfectly set dimension and smooth run inside the pipe while cutting the liner. Because of its self-centered design, it’s able to go through bends, smaller pipes and narrow areas during non to low rpm, and flings open completely to its full diameter during higher rpm thanks to the centrifugal force.

Like our other chains, the Cyclone Cutter is easily assembled onto your desired flexshaft. When assembled, you simply pushes the flexshaft with the Cyclone Cutter into the pipe until you reach the position desired to cut off the overshot liner. When in position, you increase the rpm and the Cyclone Cutter will begin to cut through the liner fast and effectively.
